If you believe content on Creepypasta.app infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., URL of the story or page)
Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
We may forward counter-notifications to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
